Documented management system
As a partner you must have a clear management system that can handle the network. The system must reflect:
- Roles: defined authorisations and responsibilities including a name responsible person.
- Resources for maintenance: a dedicated person that are key anchor to the network (see also below in coordinating team).
- Development of capacity: a follow up system in relation to quality, performance indicators and audits of functions.
Infrastructure
Use the simple infrastructure of the network.
As an active partner you should be visible in the Digital Collaboration Tool (DCT).
Part of the infrastructure is to have the necessary staff, competencies and facilities in order to contribute to the network.
Coordinating team
An office or dedicated contactperson. The person must know about all the ECOLABNET offers and expertices etc. Also the person should know whom they need to involve, when company contact ECOLABNET with a challenge. The office or person should also know about financing of activities.

Approach to SMEs
As a partner you must have a practical approach to SMEs problem solving as well a being a strong dialog partner to the individual SME.
Coordination
As a partner you should have the capacity and competences to organise and coordinate the specific activity in relation to the SME, IO or RDI.
Promotion
As a partner you must work to promote the network. It can be through events, automatic newsletters about blogs, events, new projects, funding, presentation of partners i.e. what ECOLABNET provides.
