The visual report comprises the service design process carried out 2019-2020 in ECOLABNET project. The coordinator of service design in the project was VAMK University of Applied Sciences, Design Centre MUOVA, which has studied and utilised service design in business since 2007.
This report includes service design process covering the creation of user personas, idea generation based on user personas, and the development of service journeys i.e. use processes of RDI services.
